Bubblies’s products are made to meet the strictest quality standards in the medical industry, allowing customers to cancel their purchase within 30 days and receive a refund, as long as the product is returned to Bubblies. during that time period. However, due to health and hygiene concerns, products cannot be returned or refunded unless a Bubblies representative confirms that the product was not used.

The cancellation period starts the day after the customer receives the product and applies only to products purchased directly from Bubblies via their client service phone center, offices, or websites.

To receive a refund, customers must send the main product set, original invoice or sales receipt, and original packaging to Bubblies central offices in United States. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. This guarantee does not apply to purchases made through distributors or third-party vendors.
